The Mizzox digital assistant optimizes daily operations, allowing companies to redirect saved time toward creative tasks and tangible business development. For example, when an invoice appears in the system, Mizzox automatically scans it, assigns it to the appropriate contractor (or creates a new account if necessary), verifies the data against the relevant government database and checks it for accuracy. The document is then processed within the appropriate workflow, through approval and payment initiation. The system can also group payments and release funds with a single click – all in a secure and reliable manner.
