What is more, for many years now we have held a leading position in Poland, as well as in Central and Eastern Europe. We are one of the leading providers of cloud and e-commerce services, Value-Added Distribution (VAD), as well as household appliances, consumer electronics. In order to meet your requirements, we use our extensive logistics facilities, which enables us to constantly expand the scope of our activities and grow the number of our business partners.
The Board
Zbigniew Mądry has been a member of the Management Board of AB S.A. since the establishment of the Company in 1998. In recent years, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board – Commercial Director and was responsible for all of the Company’s commercial operations – purchasing, sales, marketing and logistics.
He is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław and the Polish Open University of Management (Oxford Brookes University), where he obtained an MBA degree.
He has been associated with the AB Group continuously since 1992. He started his career as a salesman, then took the position of Commercial Director, and since 1998 – he has been a member of the Management Board of the Company.
He is also a member of the management board of AB’s subsidiary – i.e. AT Computers Holding a.s. with its registered office in Ostrava.

Mr. Grzegorz Ochędzan is a graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Wrocław University of Technology and Tax Studies at the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski & Partners. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Management Board of AB S.A. and serves as the Financial Director. He has over 25 years of experience in financial management, which he gained, among m.in, in PKO BP SA bank, IT companies JTT Computer and TETA S.A., working as Deputy Branch Director and Economic and Financial Director at RUCH S.A. and as Economic and Financial Director and Member of the Management Board at EnergiaPro S.A. Energy Concern. In the years 2004-2008, he was mainly associated with ADe Line S.A. (Almi Decor), where he held the position of Financial Director and Vice President of the Management Board.
For more than 25 years, she has helped shape the growth of the largest IT distributor in the region. From 2008 to 2026, she served as Sales and Marketing Director at AB S.A., leading a team of nearly 170 people. Her achievements include developing the largest B2B partner network on the Polish market, creating a multichannel sales model, and driving the digitalisation of sales processes. She assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in 2026 and, by decision of the Supervisory Board, was appointed to the Management Board as Vice President of AB S.A. Patrycja Gawarecka is responsible for the Sales Department, Call Center Department, Marketing Department, Analytics Department, and E-commerce Department.
A graduate of Computer Science at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and International Trade at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, she combines technological expertise with a business perspective.
She has received numerous industry distinctions, including the “CRN Channel Awards” as well as “IT Champions” and “IT Channel Leaders” by IT Reseller.
For 25 years, he has played a significant role in the development of the largest IT distributor in the CEE region.
From 2005 to 2026, he served as the company’s Purchasing Director, managing the Purchasing Departments and subsequently also the Service, Presales, and AB S.A. Competence Centre teams. He led a 200-person team.
Over the years, he successfully managed, among other areas, the acquisition and development of distribution contracts, the purchasing strategy, and the company’s operating profit. He coordinated process optimisation, portfolio development, and the implementation of strategic objectives supporting the growth of the AB Group.
He assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at AB S.A. in 2026; at the same time, by decision of the Supervisory Board, he was appointed to the Management Board as Vice President of AB S.A. Jarosław Słowiński is responsible for the Product Management Department (ZPR), the Presales & Solution Design Department (PSD), the AB Competence Centre, the Service Department, and the Import Department.
He graduated from Poznań University of Technology with a degree in Enterprise Management and from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology.
