Our history dates back to the early 1990s. During the economic transformation in Poland, we focused on solutions and products for the SME sector, which led us to capture local markets and build an extensive partnership network of small and medium enterprises.

We quickly became one of the largest distributors in Poland. The scale of our business activities and dynamic growth led to our debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2006.

In 2007 we entered foreign markets by purchasing 100% of shares of AT Computers Holding a.s. – a group of companies operating in the IT distribution sector in Czech Republic and in Slovakia, the largest of PC vendor in Czech Republic and owner of a network of computer stores.

These days, AB Group is the only Polish company among the nine largest IT distributors and e-commerce solution providers in Europe. We are the leader in both Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. We supply nearly 100,000 products to more than 16,000 business partners. Distributing IT solution is our speciality, as we are the leading supplier of cloud services and Value-Added Distribution (VAD). as well as e-commerce solutions. Our business activities also encompass distribution of household appliances, consumer electronics and toys. A well-developed, modern logistic facilities form the backbone of our company – they include the Distribution Centre in Magnice near Wrocław, which was opened in 2016.
