We responsibly shape the future
The objective of the AB Group’s operations is long-term, stable growth in the organization’s value, achieved in a manner that is responsible towards the natural environment and social stakeholders. This is made possible by building an appropriate organizational culture, strengthened through robust corporate governance mechanisms. We foster a culture based on competence, transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
To measure and continuously improve our impact on the environment:
- Since 2015, we have consistently operated the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) at the main headquarters of AB S.A. in Magnice, Poland;
- Since 2015, we have maintained certified environmental management (ISO 14001) and quality management (ISO 9001) systems for AB S.A. in Magnice, Poland;
- Since 2020, AB S.A.’s sustainability performance has been independently assessed by the EcoVadis rating agency; we have been recognized for a high rating, placing us among the top 24% of rated companies in our industry;
- In 2025, AB S.A. was awarded the title of Reliable Employer – granted to the best employers in Poland;
- Since 2026, we have been publishing Sustainability Reports in accordance with the CSRD* directive; for the financial years 2017–2023, we published non-financial reports preceding the implementation of assured sustainability reporting.
