We collect candidate’s data through a system that makes it easier for us to gather all applications in one place. At this stage, applications of candidates who have spontaneously sent their CV to our database or delivered it to us personally are also verified.
Our HR department analyzes CVs and selects people who best meet our expectations, and thus many candidates’ applications are withdrawn from the applicant pool. In every job posting there is mention that we will contact only selected people.
Our HR department contacts selected people by phone and asks some questions that are important for a specific recruitment process. The telephone conversation lasts no more than 30 minutes.
Based on telephone interview results, we might invite you to a face-to-face interview. You will have the opportunity to meet your supervisor and a person from the HR department. We make sure that at least two people from our company participate in the conversation as we want to be sure that our assessment is objective.
Depending on the grade of the position and the skills required, an interview may be more complex – including different tasks, tests, conducting the interview in English. You may also be invited to participate in the Assessment Center.
