AB’s Best Practices Featured in Prestigious ESG Report

AB S.A.’s commitment to corporate social responsibility has once again been recognized. Four of the company’s ESG initiatives have been featured in the 24th edition of the report „Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices 2025,” published by the Responsible Business Forum.

The AB initiatives included in the report are:

  1. Technology education and certification for partners, customers, and employees through the AB Competence Center, aimed at increasing awareness of cybersecurity, technological innovation, and the latest technology solutions.
  2. Investments in photovoltaic installations. Today, AB operates solar power systems in Magnice, Wrocław, and Chorzów. By the end of the 2024/2025 financial year, their combined capacity reached 890 kW, covering approximately 25–30% of the facilities’ annual electricity demand.
  3. Free access to an online psychological counseling platform for employees.
  4. Circular economy initiatives, focused on extending product life cycles and minimizing waste generation. These include active cooperation with certification organizations promoting responsible electronics distribution and marking products on the AB B2B platform with the TCO Certified label.

Promoting responsible attitudes, educating the market, creating platforms for knowledge sharing, and supporting employees, business partners, and environmental initiatives are all integral elements of AB’s long-term strategy. These values are deeply embedded in our company culture and remain important to both our organization and our people.
