On Saturday, June 20 in the prestigious surroundings of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel a few hundred participants „saw today what others will show tomorrow.” This was made available thanks to AB S.A., the leading distributor in Europe. For the second time, the company organized one of the biggest electronics and household appliances industry trade fairs, AB Innovation Days 2015.

The event brought together thirty exhibitors and more than half a thousand representatives of retail chains, shops and manufacturers. The visitors had the opportunity to learn about a number of new products, and listen to many conversations between experts and market leaders. Interviews with them were broadcast live from Studio AB TV, led by Joanna Górska, a prominent journalist of Polsat News station.

„For several years, we have gradually strengthened our position in the segment as a distributor of electronic equipment/household appliances. With the brand’s world leading manufacturers in our offer, last year we decided to take the next step, which was to organize the Innovation Days fair. It proved to be a great success, which is why we continue this idea. The adopted formula that combines presenting the market’s new arrivals with debates and discussions featuring experts and market leaders proved to be excellent. It is also a proper opportunity to present our new investment – the logistics centre in Magnice near Wroclaw, which allows us to offer our business partners the latest solutions related to supply and service in e-commerce” says Zbigniew Mądry, Member of the Board of AB S.A.

During the fair, acknowledged manufacturers – Teka and Bosch – presented their new product lines: EBON and Serie|8, respectively. Also, Whirlpool proudly presented a novelty in the category of refrigerators, i.e. the Supreme No Frost line. On the other hand, a new brand premièred on the Polish market, LaFe (small household appliances). Other exhibiting manufacturers included: Aged, Amica, BaByliss, Beko, Candy, Electrolux, Fiskars, FOX, Gorenje, Indesit, LG, MPM, NEC, Philips, Redmond, Samsung, Spectrum Brands and Toshiba. AB S.A. talked to visitors at the e-commerce stand and the stand of KAKTO – a franchise network operating within the AB group.

The successful fair day ended with a solemn ceremony, hosted in a slightly less formal atmosphere by Katarzyna Pakosińska. The meeting was complemented by a performance of the legend of Polish rock – the band Lady Pank
