ALSEN in the governmental Active Board Programme
The ALSEN chain of nearly 400 shops located throughout Poland prepared an offer addressed to primary schools taking part in the governmental program ran under the title “Active Board” [Aktywna Tablica].
The Active Board programme is a governmental project aimed at the development of school infrastructure and pupils’ and teachers’ competences in the use of ICTs for the years 2017-2019. The task of the Programme is to ensure necessary ICT infrastructure in the form of modern interactive teaching aids, such as projectors, interactive boards, interactive displays and loudspeakers. The programme gives primary schools the possibility of obtaining the aforementioned equipment.
“I think that the Active Board programme is a real support and chance for many schools. The aim of the modern school should be to develop and improve pupils’ and teachers’ competences by popularising interactive teaching methods and to change the current way of thinking and open up to new possibilities brought by the development of technologies. We know the needs of schools and we know new technologies – we have been present on the market for over 15 years and have co-operated with schools many times during that period, thus becoming familiar with their growing needs. Under the programme, Alsen provides not only the equipment of renowned world brands – it offers mainly the availability of real shops in virtually every city and substantive support backed up by years of experience. I encourage schoolmasters to try to obtain financial aid offered under this Program,” says Jan Zdebel, President of the Management Board/ Commercial Director of Alsen sp. z o.o.
The programme is financed in 80% from the state budget and in 20% from contributions of school authorities. Apart from real shops, the ALSEN chain offers large access to the offer of the e-shop at: www.alsen.pl
