Corporate governance is a set of rules of conduct addressed both to corporate bodies and members of these bodies, as well as to majority and minority shareholders. The rules of corporate governance apply to the broadly understood management of the company.

The rules of corporate governance of public companies in Poland were prepared by a trade organiser. Starting on the 1st of January 2016, the Company applied the new “2016 Code of Best Practices for WSE-Listed Companies”, also referred to as DPSN 2016.
