Executive board
Management Board of AB S.A. operates on the basis of the provisions of the Code of Commercial Companies and the Statute of AB S.A. The detailed mode of operation is specified in the Regulations of the Management Board.
The Management Board manages the current operations of the Company and represents it outside. He also cares about the transparency and efficiency of the Company’s management system and about conducting its affairs in accordance with the law and good practices.
Zbigniew Mądry – President of the Management Board
Zbigniew Mądry has been a member of the Management Board of AB S.A. since the establishment of the Company in 1998. In recent years, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board – Commercial Director and was responsible for all of the Company’s commercial operations – purchasing, sales, marketing and logistics.
He is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław and the Polish Open University of Management (Oxford Brookes University), where he obtained an MBA degree.
He has been associated with the AB Group continuously since 1992. He started his career as a salesman, then took the position of Commercial Director, and since 1998 – he has been a member of the Management Board of the Company.
He is also a member of the management board of AB’s subsidiary – i.e. AT Computers Holding a.s. with its registered office in Ostrava.
Grzegorz Ochędzan – Vice-President of the Management Board
Mr. Grzegorz Ochędzan is a graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Wrocław University of Technology and Tax Studies at the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski & Partners. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Management Board of AB S.A. and serves as the Financial Director. He has over 25 years of experience in financial management, which he gained, among m.in, in PKO BP SA bank, IT companies JTT Computer and TETA S.A., working as Deputy Branch Director and Economic and Financial Director at RUCH S.A. and as Economic and Financial Director and Member of the Management Board at EnergiaPro S.A. Energy Concern. In the years 2004-2008, he was mainly associated with ADe Line S.A. (Almi Decor), where he held the position of Financial Director and Vice President of the Management Board.
