Corporate governance is a set of rules of conduct applicable both to corporate bodies and members of those bodies, and to as majority and minority shareholders. The principles of corporate governance relate to the company’s management in the broadest sense.

The corporate governance principles for listed companies in Poland were developed by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since July 1, 2021, the Company has been subject to the rules set forth in “Best Practices for GPW Listed Companies 2021” (DPSN 2021).
