Iwona Przybyło

Member of Supervisory Board

Ms Iwona Przybyło graduated at the Department of Philology and History of the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Education & Care Pedagogy, obtaining the master’s degree. Her professional experience includes working at the School and Pre-School Complex no. 4 in Wrocław, as a pre-school teacher, then a school counsellor. In the years 1993 – 1999 she conducted business activity under the name of “PH AB Iwona Przybyło”. Ms Iwona Przybyło has been a member of the Supervisory Board as from the moment of establishment of the Company.

Jacek Łapiński

Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Jacek Łapiński graduated at the IT and Management Department of the Oskar Lange Academy of Economics in Wrocław, Faculty of Management and Marketing, specialization: Enterprise Management, obtaining the master’s degree. His professional experience includes conducting business activity under the name “Vobis Microcomputer Wałbrzych Jacek Łapiński”. Mr Jacek Łapiński has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 1999.

Wojciech Niesyto

Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Wojciech Niesyto is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a master’s degree in finance and banking. He continued his education at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, where he completed a master’s degree program in economics and international business. He also earned a CEMS Master in International Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He completed postgraduate studies in Investments and Management of Projects Using Renewable Energy Sources at the Lazarski University.

He has 15 years of professional experience, having worked at the UBS Investment Bank in London as a Stock Market Trader, at Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. as a Junior Stock Portfolio Manager, at Nordea Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. as a Stock Portfolio Manager, and at Adiuvo Investments S.A. as a Business Development Manager responsible for developing sales of portfolio companies’ products in foreign markets. Since 2016, he has been a partner at Kogito Ventures, where he manages the Kogito Ventures ASI fund co-investing with angel investor syndicates in private companies at the early stage of development. He serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Packhelp S.A, Punch Punk S.A., sp. z o.o., and Smart Faktor S.A., among others.

According to the submitted statement, Mr. Wojciech Niesyto meets the independence criteria set forth in Article 12 (5) of AB S.A.’s Articles of Association.

Jakub Bieguński

Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Jakub Bieguński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he obtained the master’ degree in finance and banking. He has 14 years of professional experience in private equity/venture capital, owner’s supervision, investment banking, transaction structuring, restructuring and strategic advisory, as well as project management. He obtained his professional experience, amongst others, in BRE Corporate Finance, M&A advisory i corporate finance, and in Roland Berger, an international strategic advisory company. Currently he works in BZ WBK, Capital Markets Department, Global Banking and Markets, as the Investment Director. During the last 7 years he was a member of supervisory boards of several Polish small and medium companies.

Jerzy Baranowski

Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Jerzy Baranowski graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, obtaining the master’s degree in chemistry. His professional experience includes establishment and management of companies responsible for distribution and services in the software and IT area. In 1990 he established and managed Commpol S. A., a distributor of IT equipment. In 2000 he established B2B sp. z o.o., being an important integrator and service provider in the open software sector. In 2009 he established Linux Polska sp. z o.o., which has expanded the offer of products with Open Source software. Regular recipients of services and products of B2B sp. z o.o. and Linux Polska sp. z o.o. Include largest Polish banks, telecom, insurers, the public sector, and main Polish IT integrators.

In accordance with the submitted declaration, Mr Jerzy Baranowski fulfils the criteria of independence defined in Article 12.5 of the Statute of AB S.A.

Marek Ćwir

Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Marek Ćwir graduated at the Production Economics Department of the Warsaw School of Economics. He also has a licence of a securities broker. He commenced his career in 1991 as a securities broker for the BRE Bank Brokerage House. In the years 1995 – 2000 he worked in CA IB Securities S.A. as a vice director. In the years 2000 – 2004 he worked for Wirtualna Polska S.A. as a financial controller. In the years 2004-2005 he worked in the financial division of S.A. Since 2005 he has been a director in Pekao Investment Banking S.A., where he is responsible for projects concerning public offering, mergers, acquisitions and privatisation advisory.
