The powers of the General Meeting of Shareholders include a number of matters specified in detail in AB’s Articles of Association. All matters brought to the General Meeting are be presented in advance to the Supervisory Board for consideration. The rules for participation in the General Meeting and the exercise of the voting rights are governed by the Regulations of the GMS. The regulations also include provisions on the procedure for convening and cancelling the General Meeting, its opening and proceedings, and the manner of conducting elections to the Supervisory Board.
