Corporate social responsibility practices constitute a very important area of the Group’s activities. These are long-term and multidimensional efforts. As a result, AB Group places strong emphasis on supporting those in need and engaging in charitable activities, as well as on developing competencies (including digital skills) and promoting equal opportunities.

For many years, we have been implementing best practices across various areas.

Active support for those in need and philanthropy – involvement in charitable initiatives, support for institutions, community centers, orphanages, and individuals through donations of equipment, materials, and financial contributions.

Care for disadvantaged children – for many years we have supported the Children’s Home in Bierutów and the Wrocław Hospice for Children. In addition to financial support for ongoing operations and special projects, we provide essential materials and products, including equipment (laptops, computers, televisions, refrigerators), as well as clothing, tableware, hygiene products, and more.

Active participation in charitable initiatives – we regularly support the “Mam Marzenie” Foundation by fulfilling the wishes of children under its care, as well as initiatives such as “Szlachetna Paczka,” and provide support to medical institutions (hospitals, medical centers) and uniformed services and aid organizations assisting others.

Special projects – as part of our operations, we implement numerous special projects, some of which are proprietary initiatives launched by our employees.

In recent years, we have carried out the following projects:

• “AByrazem against COVID-19” – AB Group actively joined efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting those in need and those providing aid. As part of the #AByrazem initiative, nearly one thousand units of various types of equipment, including medicines and ventilators, were delivered to those in need.
• “AByrazem for Ukraine” – in response to the war in Ukraine, AB Group, together with its employees, supported the Ukrainian community. Assistance included both material aid (equipment, essential supplies, medicines – including those collected internally) and financial support, directed to aid organizations and abroad. Additionally, Alsen (part of AB Group) organized a collection of used laptops, which were refurbished (both software and hardware) and delivered, via the Ministry of National Education, to Ukrainian children. AB Group also donated baby strollers to families arriving in Poland and provided extensive internal support to employees from Ukraine (financial, material, and psychological).

AB Competence Center and sponsorship, including school hackathons and training programs promoting technological knowledge – through these initiatives, AB Group conducts IT education. Together with industry organizations, we regularly provide free access to technological knowledge, helping to prevent digital exclusion and promote equal access to modern technologies. At the same time, we support the sustainable development of the industry and participate in legislative processes.
