About the company

What is more, for many years now we have held a leading position in Poland, as well as in Central and Eastern Europe. We provide you with 100,000 products – take advantage of the opportunities we give you and become one of our 16,000 business partners. We are one of the leading providers of cloud and e-commerce services, Value-Added Distribution (VAD), as well as household appliances, consumer electronics and toys. In order to meet your requirements, we use our extensive logistics facilities, which enables us to constantly expand the scope of our activities and grow the number of our business partners.
The Board
A graduate of the University of Wrocław. He tied up his professional career in IT and business. In the years 1990–1996 he ran a business under the company „A&B” in Wrocław. Founder and one of the main shareholders of AB, in which he has been the President of the Management Board since 1998. Member of the Supervisory Board of the subsidiary ALSEN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AT Computers Holding a.s. As the President of the Board, Mr. Andrzej Przybyło represents the Company outside, manages the work of the Board, chairs the meetings of the Board and coordinates its work.

A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Movement Recreation and the College of Management (The Polish Open University – Oxford Brookes University). Has an MBA diploma. His professional experience includes: working as a salesman in the company „Trans-M” in 1992-1994, then from 1994 at the company „PH AB Iwona Przybyło”, where from 1996 he was the commercial director. As a Member of the Board, he is associated with AB S.A. since 1998, that is since the company was founded. Currently, he is responsible for the entire purchasing policy, sales, logistics and marketing, acting as the Commercial Director. Member of the Board of AT Computers Holding a.s.
A graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management of the Wrocław University of Technology and the Tax Study at the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski i Wspólnicy. In addition, he completed a number of training courses in finance, accounting, management and psychology of negotiations. He is a co-author of books on the security of currency transactions and a number of scientific publications. He has over 15 years of experience in financial management, which he gained, among others at PKO BP S.A., IT companies JTT Computer and TETA S.A. and working as the Economic and Financial Director at RUCH S.A. (2006-2007), Economic and Financial Director at the EnergiaPro S.A. Concern (2006-2007) and at ADe Line S.A. (2004-2008). Since 2009, he has been the Financial Director and a Member of the Management Board of AB S.A. The scope of activities of Mr. Grzegorz Ochędzan as a Member of the Management Board, Financial Director includes managing the administrative and financial division of the Company.
Krzysztof Kucharski is a legal advisor, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław and legal advisor apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. His professional experience includes scientific work at the University of Wroclaw and an international law firm. Has 20 years of experience in independent service of large business entities. He also advised entities from the banking sector. With AB S.A. has been involved since 1998. The scope of activities of Mr. Krzysztof Kucharski as a Member of the Management Board, Corporate and Legal Director includes managing corporate affairs of the Company and managing the legal department.
