AB has become a distributor of Check Point’s solutions

AB has expanded its cyber security and IT security portfolio. Check Point, a global leader in enterprise security, has joined the ranks of suppliers to the Polish distributor.

AB has become a distributor of Check Point brand products in Poland. Thanks to its cooperation with AB, the American-Israeli manufacturer wants to achieve an even stronger presence on the Polish IT security market.

“We are pleased to offer a wider distribution of solutions from a company like Check Point in Poland. These are proven and respected products known around the world. Our common goal is to effectively support Polish companies in their digital transformation, including strengthening their cyber security. For us, this is an important direction of development,” said Zbigniew Mądry, the COO and Vice President of the AB Group.

“Cybersecurity is very important today for the development of companies and the economy as a whole. Due to the ever-increasing volume of processed data and the growing security requirements, this market and the spending of companies in this area will grow,” explained Paweł Bąk, the Deputy Purchasing Director at AB S.A.

The enterprise firewall systems and security packages for devices dedicated to the SMB market have been added to AB’s portfolio in the Quantum Spark, Check Point Harmony, and ZoneAlarm by Check Point lines.

“Thanks to our cooperation with Check Point, we are able to offer our commercial partners comprehensive network and network security solutions. In cyber security, it is important to have reliable solutions, trust, and the ability to adapt to the dynamically changing business environment,” said Mariusz Kosek, the Category Manager (Intelligent Edge, Networks & Security) of AB S.A. “Check Point’s solutions provide the highest level of protection at the point where the greatest number of threats are present, i.e. at the interface with the Internet. This is addressed by advanced firewalls operating at the edge of the network and comprehensive security packages operating in integration with Check Point’s network systems for so-called ‘stubs’. Our partners can count on the highest quality of service and support from dedicated AB’s engineers,” added Mariusz Kosek.

Thanks to the AB’s extensive experience and very high distribution efficiency, Check Point will gain new opportunities, including access to the largest customer base in all possible sales channels.

“Working with AB will allow us to reach more users with Check Point’s solutions, especially those in the small and medium-sized business sector. As they increasingly become targets of attacks, they cannot afford to neglect the security of their computer networks, internet access, and employees’ devices – computers, tablets, and smartphones. Thanks to AB, we will be able to offer these organizations complete enterprise-class solutions tailored to the needs and capabilities of small and medium-sized organizations,” said Marcin Dziedzic, the Channel Manager at Check Point Software Technologies.

The companies do not rule out expanding their offer in the future. All solutions from Check Point are available on the ABonline.pl e-commerce platform.
