Introduction


The social dimension of the AB Group’s operations encompasses a responsible approach to employees, customers, and local communities. We build an organizational culture based on collaboration, equal opportunities, and the development of competencies (including digital skills), offering stable employment conditions as well as programs supporting well-being and professional growth.
We actively engage in social, educational, and charitable initiatives, responding to the needs of our communities and strengthening our positive social impact.

Employment


The data comes from the Sustainability Report for the financial year 2024/25. Data covers employees hired under employment contracts. Calculations are based on applicable sustainability reporting requirements.

1137 employees hired under employment contracts across AB Group in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, as at 30 September 2025.

We are a stable employer. In addition to market-level remuneration, we offer a package of non-wage benefits tailored to the specifics of each company within AB Group. At AB S.A., this includes, among others, private medical care, co-financing of sports memberships, psychoeducation and coaching, integration events, long-service awards, and social benefits.

*Values broadly consistent with employment statistics in AB Group’s operating markets. In Poland, the retirement age is 65 for men and 60 for women. This difference affects the gender structure of employment in the Polish companies of AB Group.

Equal opportunity principle – in recruitment and internal promotion processes, we apply practices based on equal opportunity, promoting diversity at all levels of the organization, including gender, age, background, and professional experience, to ensure representation and equal access to development opportunities.

11,96%– annual employee turnover rate

The rate varies depending on department and location within the Group. The lowest turnover is observed in office-based roles, including hybrid and remote work models. Higher turnover occurs in logistics functions, due in part to seasonal employment and commuting distance (the main AB Group location is situated approximately 10 km from the city limits of Wrocław).

Occupational Health and Safety Policy of AB S.A. download – we consistently ensure safe and healthy working conditions, focusing on hazard identification, risk mitigation, employee education, and continuous improvement of workplace safety systems.

Employee development and education

Environmental education of employees – increasing awareness of environmental protection, waste segregation, responsible use of equipment while reducing electricity consumption, elimination of paper in office processes in favor of digital document workflows, support for hybrid work models, and more.

Employee programs – investments in employee development through support and co-financing of courses and training programs that enhance qualifications, as well as integration initiatives and other activities.

“Reliable Employer of the Year 2025” – AB S.A. was awarded the title of Reliable Employer, granted to the best employers in Poland. This distinction is awarded to companies that place particular emphasis on safety, quality of the working environment, and professional development of their employees.
